Pictures/Movies Of My Playstation
Here's a movie I made of my Playstation booting. This is not some hi-quality video capture, but instead me taking a movie of the screen with my digital camera. My digital camera poops out after about 10 MB, so it's taken in three scenes with a slight overlap.
I give no guarantees as to the entertainment value of a PS2 booting. I just thought people might like to see this.
There is also no sound.
Booting 1
(MOV, 10 MB)
Booting 2 (MOV, 10 MB)
Booting 3 (MOV, 8 MB)
Also, you can see me on my dance pad by clicking here (MOV, 10 MB).

The black cable goes to the keyboard. You can also see my dance pad in the corner.
Here's a shot of the Playstation running X. It was fine in terminal
mode, but it goes off to the left in X.
This is probably my monitor's fault since it did funny things like that with
my other Linux computer, too.
I suppose I have to explain why I have a wired mouse on my Wacom tablet. I've got a Compact Flash reader using that USB slot, that's why. Now you know why I have the backup mouse (see next picture).
The Blaze VGA cable plugs in at the far right of the PS2 on the bottom. The hard drive is located behind the bottom part of the ethernet adapter. You can see how the ethernet adapter obscures the serial number. You can't see too much back here since everything is black. It's sometimes hard to see the letters on the keyboard for the same reason. That mouse is a backup for my other computer.
